Leadership

Primarr is led by Charles Brown, a senior fintech and WealthTech executive with more than 20 years of experience driving growth for financial technology firms.


Charles has worked across the financial services ecosystem, including single and multi-family offices, RIAs, trust companies, broker dealers, banks, TAMPs, and technology providers. His background spans direct sales, sales leadership, go-to-market strategy, and partnership development.


He has sold and supported solutions across portfolio accounting, performance reporting, data aggregation, lending platforms, alternative investments, governance tools, and compliance-driven systems.

Charles has led growth initiatives in the United States and internationally, including Europe, Singapore, Australia, and the Middle East. This experience provides practical insight into how financial technology is evaluated, purchased, and deployed across regions, with a strong focus on successfully entering and scaling in the US market.

Primarr operates as a boutique firm with an extended bench of trusted specialists. Through long-standing relationships and a network built within two to three degrees of separation, clients gain access to experienced professionals across marketing, technology, compliance, and product.
